About the Event
Join us August 25th, 2025 to honor the life of an exceptional man, Rick Sensbach. Taken too soon, Rick's friends and family have chosen to set up a non-profit to raise funds in honor of Rick, and give to charities we know would have been near and dear to Rick's big heart.
As a Kinnelon High School graduate, who loved his town and vowed to give back, we honor Rick with the Ricky Sensbach Scholarship. In recognition of Rick's status as a veteran, his advocacy for veteran organizations, and his love for Vermont, we also chose Josh's house for one of this year's charities. Finally, his love for animals and sense of civic pride along with his personal connection to a friend who started a K-9 unit, made The Friends of Solo Foundation, Inc. a natural fit for the last of this year's charities.

Josh's House
Veteran-designed recreation wellness space offering meeting and study spaces, a large communal kitchen, video games, and a state-of-the-art gym located their services are provided to Veterans at no cost, and it is their intention to keep it that way.
